Lady Fair
	Lady Fair is the first album to be recorded on the Steinway B that Steve has used over many years to develop his interpretations of music. The sound from his Steinway in partnership with LaManna’s sensitivity to song structure, has produced this gently soulful and finely resonant recording. In this fifth album, Lady Fair, LaManna steadily presents the listener with a variety of songs that embrace the depth of meaning and inner beauty contributed to our every day life by women. Through the medium of solo piano arrangements, LaManna celebrates those who embrace and delight in their femininity, and those who are, as yet, unaware of the mystical affect of their womanhood.
Ivory Moon
	Laced with nostalgia and true sentiments of beauty and love, a successful blending of Steve’s unique arrangements of old standards by masters such as George Gershwin and Cole Porter with such modern artists such as Van Morrison and Leonard Cohen. Each selection will move you towards peace and beauty - as Steve’s music is wont to do. Ivory Moon was recorded on a lovely day in Spring, in a single session at a Steinway B that was situated in a private drawing room with windows overlooking a charming informal garden. The unforgettable melodies and inspired medleys you will find on Ivory Moon are richly interwoven with the memory of those pleasant circumstances. The cover of the album utilizes a painting of the night sky by Steve LaManna.
For Friendship For You
	This recording is a treatment of one of Steve’s favorite subjects - friendship through music. In some of the instances the songs themselves celebrate friendship. In others, the songs themselves are old friends. Once again, Steve LaManna surprises the listener by drawing upon the music of a wide range of composers that spans a broad spectrum of musical history and style. From Rodger’s & Hart’s ‘My Funny Valentine’, to Joan Baez’s ‘Diamonds and Rust’, the result is a harmonious celebration of the spirit that unites composers and listeners of varied and widespread musical tastes. Measured Softness Measured Light
	Recorded in an idyllic setting in County Cork, Ireland, Measured Softness …Measured Light is a collection that includes American Music such as Gordon Lightfoot’s ‘Beautiful’ and Henry Mancini’s ‘Moon River’, as well as melodies by Irish songwriters, Donovan and Van Morrison, and the traditional Irish ballad ‘Carrick Fergus.’ In Steve’s words, “Music lives timelessly in Ireland. Inspiration is found everywhere - in the light, the colors, the voices, the smiles, the rocks and moss - in the very air. Music and poetry are the birthright of Ireland. In his delightful recording, ‘A Gift from a Flower to a Garden’, and in so many other beautiful recordings, Donovan captured this spirit and transported it to America for all of us to enjoy.” Steve LaManna met Donovan Leitch in a small town along the Sulan River, one evening in a local pub, by the hearth. He introduced Steve to Sulan Studio, where this CD of American and Irish music was born.
Turtle Doves & Cedar Trees
	This is a piano solo collection of traditional Christmas carols from medieval times through the nineteenth century. Steve has created arrangements of these timeless carols which perfectly crystallize their essential beauty and joyous spirit. The cover illustration, painted by Steve, is a winter scene, inspired by the natural surroundings of property his family owns that is situated along the Delaware Bay coastline of Cape May County, New Jersey. “Christmas is truly a season within a season. In the middle of winter, when the earth is in a deep sleep -- a separate season comes to celebrate life. The symbols of Christmas speak to us, reminding us of this outer sleep and this inner awakening to the eternal joy placed deep within our hearts.”
